The USW was instrumental in supporting our efforts and our members and Executives are grateful for your dedication to our goal of obtaining a CBA. Thank you to all of the other Union members that supported our efforts and stood with us during this challenging time. Now that we have a 5 year CBA in place we look forward to moving this League in the right direction. For 25 years the AFL has strived to become a viable, profitable entity and it is not mystery that over those 25 years some of the same mistakes and decisions have been made. We are committed to finding solutions that will grow our talent pool as well as our Fan base as we feel that both of these are connected and you can't have one without the other.
